It’s now 8 years since I joined the Climb for a Child program. My life has changed ever since I came to this program. Some years back, I had never read a single story book. Not because I never wanted to, but because I didn’t have access to one. Up to now, it’s still beyond my imagination that I am now able to read very well through this program. Additionally, I can now speak some very good English. For me, it’s a dream come true. Still long way to go but we’ll get there in no time. One step at a time.
As the COVID pandemic set in, our kids responded by reaching out and helping their local communities. Daniel returned to Maasai Mara and prepare his village

I am a Maasai. Born in a traditional hut. Not wanted by my father, at 10 years, my mother helped me run away to seek an education. Found hiding in a local school in 2012, Climb for a Child came to my side and has supported my educational journey ever since.
