Kayiok Loso – What the program has done for me

Right now, we are doing online classes in the Climb House. We have got assignments to do in the Climb House through online learning. The system was really hard at the beginning but we came to understand and we are able to cope with it.

This kind of learning has a rewarding system when any of us finishes their work before the deadline. So, whenever we finish our assignments on time, we get 10k TSH per person. Last Sunday we received our first ever reward after completing the grade 8th assignments and it was amazing.

Daniel talks about the Program

Right now, when I try to take a look at where I have come from, I feel like I have achieved  a lot. Just some years back, I was not even able to read an English book, but now for example, I am reading three books at the same time.  I am addicted to books I think!   [His review of “A Long Walk to Water”]

Daniel wants to give back

I am hoping that in the next few years I will be ready to take over the world. To start doing things people thought I couldn’t do. My passion is to help others get out of poverty. I want to give back to my community and to the people who need my help.

My ambition is to help other people learn through the way I am learning because it’s the easiest and more effective method.

My vision is to be part and parcel of this group. To be involved in helping the program going. One day I would like to establish a Climb House in my community to support other kids like me who really need this golden opportunity.

Climb For a Child has put a smile on my face and I wanna pay it forward.  Nothing will make me more happier than putting a smile on somebody’s else face.
